As we age sound sleep and staying cool through the night can be quite the challenge. Despite reading the bad reviews online about people not getting their product. I got mine in orderly fashion within a week of buying. I have to say this is amazing. My parents have the purple mattress and it is just like it but you can have the topper for any mattress that you choose and for $1,000 cheaper. I highly recommend this product. Good purchase!

This review is about the service and false advertisement for their return policy. It is NOT hassle free and also NOT free. The topper I ordered gave me back pain, so I asked to return it within their 14 day return window. When I reached out, they told me they would not pay for return postage for a 70 pound package, and that the customer would have to pay for the return fee even though their website stated that it would be free within 14 days. Since the return would cost hundreds of dollars just to ship, it didn’t make any sense for me to proceed with the return. I’m just stuck with wasting $300 dollars due to false advertising on their return policy

I have had it (twin size on a split-king) for a few weeks now and it has really made a difference. I don't wake up with a sore hip or back anymore. It doesn't look quite like the pictures on the site - both sides are covered instead of open like the pictures, but I think that will help it maintain its integrity in the long run. It has made such a difference that I just ordered a second one for my wife!

Best mattress product I’ve ever had. Does what it says it does. Extremely comfortable. Have Gravid silver sheets on it. I have many of the Gravid sleep products masks chunky blanket all helpful product.

Was excited for this. Let’s start with shipping … disaster. Box was torn topper was dirty. Two, the topper is not as pictured. It is thinner and hotter. We own a purple mattress and this makes our other mattress feel flesh better but if your focus is getting something cooler this isn’t it. This has material on top and bottom so you can’t see the grid, Which makes it warmer. Comfort wise it does help though I will say that.

My wife could testify that I am a sensitive sleeper. How many mattresses have we tried in the last decade? Too many! I am using the topper as a transition layer on an airbed made by a small company called Airpedic. The foam their mattress came with was horrible, but the foundation is good. As a top layer the Gravid topper didn't work for us, but sandwiched between two one inc soft latex layers with a 3 inch Saatva memory foam topper as a top layer it is making a world of difference. It's the first time I'm not waking up with rib or shoulder pain in years. It is very heavy compared to other layers so two people would be best when handling it to avoid injury or damaging the topper. I think this material should last for several years. We'll see! In any case, I'm very pleased and grateful to finally get some decent sleep.

I bought this because my memory-foam mattress, while very soft and comfortable, was causing me to sleep too hot. I ordered the queen size because I couldn't wait for the double size to restock. It doesn't look anything like the photos on the website; it has a layer of material very firmly glued to each side (to prevent stuff from getting stuck in the polymer matrix, I'm guessing). It's not the prettiest mattress topper out there, but it's under the sheets, so it doesn't have to be. The important thing is it works very, very well. It warms up, but it helps keep me from sinking into the mattress (it's also very supportive), and now I sleep cool and comfy. I recommend this product to anyone who sleeps hot, or has a mattress that tends to conform too much when they lie on it.

We have a split King adjustable bed. I have hip problems, my husband has shoulder problems. The Gravid topper has given both us of relief and a much longer more comfortable sleep. We're very happy with the product

I like it but I don't love it. Sadley my box arrived damaged due to improper packing this cause my topper to be exposed and became dirty during shipping. There were no instructions, just the gel topper and a piece of what I assume is anti slip material which was entirely too short. I am forever having to pull the topper at all ends as it likes to shrink back to itself instead of staying the length/width of my bed. The cutting of the topper was hastily done which could attribute to why it doesn't stay in place on my bed. The material used over the gel makes it slippery and the anti slip sheet doesn't seem to be helping. When it stays in place I love, it is supportive and cool, I just wish there were instructions or better packaging for the amount of money I paid for it.

I have been using my mattress topper for a couple of weeks. It is firm but soft. My shoulders and hips are thanking me for purchasing it. I recommend it especially if you are a warm sleeper because it keeps you cool but not cold.

The Doze. Mattress pad is working good after 4 nights. We have found it to be very cooling. We had to add another sheet to the bed during the cool fall nights. It will be great for those hot summer nights. I found it made my side of the bed harder. I have scoliosis so that works great for me. We have a split mattress with my side being firmer and my wife’s side being softer. My wife has found that her hip feels better. Her hip is not as sore and has found her side to be softer. I am not sure how the mattress pad accomplished this but it seems to accommodate what each of us needed. So, we are both happy with the Doze mattress pad so far. 4 nights is not much of a test, but so far so good. We each sleep on a split king size bed. So, we each have a twin XL mattress. The Doze did not come in a twin XL size. We had a choice of either taking a twin size and have it not being long enough or taking a king size and cutting it in half so we could still lift each side of the split frame. Cutting in half will void the warranty. So, we took the king and we will sleep on it a few more nights before cutting it, but I think this is going to work. I just wish they made the Doze in a twin XL size.

Absolutely love the gel topper. We bought a new mattress a year ago and I couldn't get comfortable at all. Husband was okay with it though. So I convinced him to try this out and it's a dream.

I decided to give my DOZE Gel Mattress Topper the ultimate durability test with a 25lb kettlebell. Now, my old memory foam mattress would hold a grudge against that kettlebell, nursing a dent that lasted for days. But not this topper! The DOZE bounced back instantly, almost laughing at the kettlebell. It's like it said, "Is that all you got?" I was thrilled! No more sleeping in deep craters for me. Highly recommend!

I switched to the Doze topper from a memory foam topper i got off Amazon that was making me sweat at night. Truly didn’t realize what I was missing out on. Doze has this nice balance between softness and support which my old memory foam topper didn’t provide. It doesn’t trap heat, which is a big plus for me. Soft conforms to your body. Gives support where you need it but is flexible and supportive. Gel like doesn’t move or shift around like other toppers. We had an indent in the mattress. Now it is gone. Love the mattress cover. The very best that I have purchased. We get better restful sleeps!!

We find the topper very comfortable. It feels cool which is helpful for the extra warm half but a little cool for me. I added a light cotton between the topper and sheet. The texture of the topper is unusual. I thought I would notice it more but it really does conform to the body. All in all we have slept better since we bought this product.

It would have been nice to know the weight before ordering. I have a physical disability and had trouble getting it on the bed! Some instructions on how best to place on bed would have also been helpful and lifespan of the pad. Is it meant for long term daily use?

The rubber band analogy is true! The Doze has a springyness to it that you just can't get from memory foam. Super comfy. The only downside is in real life it doesn't look like the pictures. It actually has a blue fabric that kind of hides the grid but i guess it doesn't really matter because my Breeze Sheets cover it up anyway.

This topper makes my $300 amazon mattress feel better than my GF's $4000 purple mattress im not even kidding! It's more expensive than other toppers but I'd actually compare it to buying a whole new mattress, in which case it's super affordable and worth it!

I have a Tempurpedic adjustable base. I had a very tall Beautyrest mattress topper on it. It was too firm, so I bought a memory foam topper. Then it was even taller and too soft. I researched and read reviews and the Doze mattress topper sounded like a good one. I gave my grandson the Beautyrest (it was only a couple of years old, I'm not a monster!), and bought a Doze mattress topper. I slept on it last night for the first time and it was very comfortable. If that changes, I'll update my review. But so far, I'm loving it.

I used to have neck and upper back pain every morning until I started using this mattress topper. I'm also doing some yoga now so maybe that helped too. But I don't wanna ignore that maybe this mattress topper is another factor.Aside from pain relief, my sleep is really great! It's just too pricey but it's worth it. I think it will last long.

We Contacted them and started the return process, we live in the Live in rural New Brunswick and pick up was not going to happen. they gave us options and we chose to donate locally.The whole process took 2 days and we had our refund!!A great company to work with their mattress topper is awesome too but was a little firm for us.

As anyone should be, I was very skeptical of all the rave reviews this mattress topper receives. However, I was beyond impressed after I tried it for the first night. I have now been sleeping on it for a few months and it has continued to be by far the most comfortable mattress topper I've ever tried. Although it is a different feel from memory foam, after a while its easy to see that this engineering is superior to memory foam (and it won't leave bed impressions after extended use due to the rubber). I have to admit when I feel neck pain after sitting at my computer for a few hours, I often go lay on this mattress topper for a few minutes and can feel the release of pain and tension as though I just did some yoga.Needless to say, I highly recommend this mattress topper, especially to people who have issues with chronic/joint pain.

This is a great mattress topper. We sleep very well on it. But it does take about a couple weeks to get used to it. We will see how well it holds up over time.

I bought this because I was waking up in a sweat from my memory foam mattress topper in the middle of winter. The Doze grid squares are indeed cooler. I was even cold the first night or two.The mattress topper is really airy rather than solid surface. I really like it. It's somewhere between firm and soft but mostly I feel like I'm floating.

I am very happy with this purchase! I was unsure- as I had not tested the mattress topper specifically but the price was a good one so I gave it a shot. The comfort is unreal, and the installation was very simple. Plop it ontop of your existing mattress and you're good to go. This has led to better, cooler, more relaxed sleep and I can refer enough people to make the upgrade from traditional spring mattresses and foam mattress toppers.

Years ago I fractured my spine and a few other bones as well. Ever since I've had to be careful about support in chairs, beds, etc otherwise my back has problems. This mattress topper works extremely well for me regarding my back.

This was an Eleventh Hour buy however, I decided to to do a real fast research. All the roads pointed to the Doze. A bit more money but, a 10 year warranty and all of the favourable reviews I decided to purchase it. I have slept on it now for 3 days and I have no back ache. No more back pain

I was a bit skeptical regarding this topper eing all its hyped up to be. I had some friends that had one and talked it up so I decided to bite. It adds firmness to your existing bed, but soft, cool, but not freezing, comfortable, but too saggy. I sleep on my side and having this bed has made a huge difference versus my old spring mattress. Its a lot of money, but way worth it, and way cheaper than buying a whole new bed!

We've had the mattress topper for barely a week. It replaced another good-quality mattress topper that may have (my wife says) developed a "bump." No bumps in this mattress topper, apparently. It's certainly very comfortable with good support, quick recovery. A good buy!

I have had this mattress topper for a few months, and I'm so thankful for great night sleeps. It has held its firmness; I do turn it around every few months. I highly recommend it. It is a very heavy mattress topper, so it will be difficult to move it from place to place if needed.

If you struggle with pressure points this mattress topper is for you. Every other mattress topper on the planet pushes back harder the harder you push so you get pressure points. The Doze gel grid of square columns in this mattress topper push back only until the column collapses. Then the weight is distributed around the pressure point to columns that haven’t collapsed. The result is greatly diminished pressure points. Genius! Wish I had invented it!

it's nice how it doesn't change the temperature. Not too hot not too warm just breathable, and the grid has a great bounce to it. One thing to note - unlike the pictures, there is a layer of blue fabric that surrounds the gel, so you can't actually directly touch the gel. I think they should clarify this to set people's expectations correctly. Either way, I'm really happy with my purchase and would recommend to others!

I have severe back pain and need a mattress topper that's firm. Finally making the purchase of the Doze mattress topper is stressful but I could not be happier. The mattress topper is moderate on how firm it is but still very supportive and comfortable I'm sleeping better as of now.

I prefer the original Doze over my Novaform from Costco for pain relief...my hips and shoulders hurt on any other mattress topper so much that I have to switch positions every few minutes. The Doze let's me sleep with fewer sleep disturbances. Sometimes I don't move at all.
