So soft and incredibly safe for our two young girls! My wife is a stay at home mom, and these mats have made her day much easier having a safe place for our 2 year old to play, and a convenient and large space for my wife to put down our newborn whenever and wherever! Definitely worth the money!

Not as thick as the pictures show. Still okay, but not as thick as the photos displayed on the website. It gets an extra star because it’s a good color.

Came very quickly. It's vacuum sealed so the package wasn't terribly large, takes about a day to fully fluff up and get the wrinkles out. Had a slight smell, but after a day or two it's totally gone. Fairly easy to clean with a vacuum, it does take me a few passes to get the very little bits up but could just be my crappy vacuum. Very soft and plush, great for baby to play on without worrying they'll bonk their head. Would highly recommend.

Amazing carpet, feels comfy and exact size we wanted. Thought it might be a little darker from the pictures so it leans more white than Grey. Have young kids and it stained already so we would probably go darker next time knowing this. Still an amazing carpet, would buy again.

I am very satisfied with my cloud mat! However, I find myself tripping on the edge and would recommend added adhesives to be applied on all sides and not just the corners. I will probably purchase some as I have tripped more than once!

This is a wonderful rug. I wanted something that I could just roll out of bed and stretch on, that was more inviting and more plush than my yoga mat. This cloud rug is perfect for that, plus it looks great in our bedroom!

The one I got shows absolutely everything. I got it for baby to use for tummy time. As soon as she spits up, it immediately goes straight through, so it’s not easy to clean at all. It is soft. It is thick. That’s about all the positive for me, personally. It should also be noted that the buyer is responsible for tariffs and you’ll get a bill from fedex that would have just made it worth it to buy the better and more expensive US brand to start with.

I was sent a $45 bill after the fact by FedEx because the shipper said I was responsible for it. Poor business practices to make me pay more after I received the product

Soft and great price

The first mat that arrived was stained. The customer service folks were really good about sending another one, which was impressive. I find the colours are much more washed out than they appear on the web (I know, monitors, pixels, etc.) so the mat looks dingy and dirty to my eyes. I'll either sell it for cheap or leave it in my basement to cover the concrete if no one will buy it.

The mats are perfect for our baby! I panicked a little bit when I took them out of the vacuum sealed package but they fluffed up in no time. Great addition to our nursery and play area.

This is a padded mat that makes noise when you walk on it, I was told it comes from the foam. The company advised it is normal to make noise, and to place it on a rug instead of bare floor if you don’t want noise. I hope this review gets published so buyers are aware and can make an informed decision. I wish I knew this before purchasing.

It's very plush and comfortable to be sure but not super practical in a household with babies and toddlers. The only care instructions are to spot clean or steam clean - which isn't really great when it comes to blowouts/pee/throw up etc. I wish I went with a waterproof mat instead!

We ordered the XL printed blue/white/grey area rug. We are obsessed!! We have 8 month old twins and a 4 year old. We spend every minute on this mat. When we have friends and family over, everyone sits on the mat (sorry couches). It is so comfy. It’s literally a cloud. We have 2 dogs and they too love sleeping/laying on it. I think it’s worth every penny. So much so that we just ordered a second one for Christmas for my parents ! I recommend this mat to everyone I know !

We have received compliments from everyone that's been in our house since it arrived. People like the color, and the softness for playing and exercising on, as well as just putting their feet on while sitting. Delivery was by Canada post and it arrived before target date.

It was also not disclosed clearly, if at all that the price does not include duties to come into US, so in addition to the “sale,” I received a $40 bill from fedex. So that’s lovely. Should’ve went with muscle mat in US.

It arrived! We only needed to give it a quick vacuum, and left it out in our toddler's room. And lo and behold, it did take a couple days to puff up. We loved it!

You guys really are indecent. I buy two products that are back ordered and I pay $240. Free shipping. Okay great. The rugs come in and are fantastic but then I get smacked with a bill for $96.12 for “duty taxes” months after I buy these rugs. Are you kidding me? I received an automated text about two days before I receive the bill saying that the seller indicates that the buyer is responsible for the duty fees. What?? You are going to tell FedEx that I am paying a price that is nearly half the cost I spent on the two rugs and not even disclose that to me beforehand or at all during the months it took of back order? Absolutely not. I returned the bill and indicated that the SELLER is paying that tax. Had you made me aware of this almost $100 extra cost before I decided to make a purchase then I would feel differently about that fee and I’d pay it. You guys did NOT inform me about this outrageous duty tax and then I receive a bill. Unacceptable. Your company is a scam on Americans.

Shipping is HORRIBLE. Super delayed. Took two months to just ship the package. Customer service was even worse. Couldn’t give me a reason to the delay, couldn’t tell me where it was, refused to give me a refund and cancel the order due to their shipping issues. Would NEVER order from this company again. Total scam. Said I could send the package back for a 20% refund….absolutely not. I want a full refund. Not going to pay over $200 for a rug that I no longer want and was delayed beyond a reasonable time frame and then only get 20% back! Absolutely asinine. Do not order from this company.

If you are going back and forth on buying this. BUY IT. We absolutely love it, our baby is 6 months and never wanted to roll. Now after only having it for a couple days, she is rolling nonstop. Highly recommend!

Great mat

I love the mat! Super comfy for my son to play and fall on. It also cleans spills nicely. The only problem is that I’ve had it laid out for 2 weeks and the seams have not straightened out.

I really love these rugs to protect my baby from falling. This is my second one and my only issue is that this one seems to lift off of the ground at the edges when someone steps on the rug. This didn't happen with the first one so I'm not sure if it's just a flaw of this rug specifically or something with the newer models. The first one is 5 stars couldn't recommend more but this one is a bit of a tripping hazard for some reason.

We absolutely love it- we have 2 under 2 and our daughter is very active and loves to tumble at all times. We have even had a few spills and it was very easy to clean and make it look brand new. Definitely worth the purchase - I do wish there were several more sizes that were larger in width like a 8-9. But overall very happy with this investment

Bought this mat to put in the baby’s playpen. It’s so soft and thick, baby loves it and it’s great for the winter months.

Great rug for kids

I received the product two months after my original order, and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel when their shipment was delayed. Product is much thinner than expected, overall wish I never purchased. They have a 20% restock my fee and don’t help with shipping on returns, so it doesn’t even make sense to return their bad product. I was responsible for paying $55 in duties- this is hidden in their FAQs, not at checkout.

Shipping was incredibly fast once the product was in stock! Absolutely love the cloudmat! It looks like a carpet and is very cushy and soft. Great for playing with my little ones on! Very impressed with the product and highly recommend!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I order my rug over a month ago. Heard nothing, emailed them and said it was going out next week. Three weeks later it was “shipped” but two weeks after that-nothing. It’s delayed in Canada. Emailed customer service and zero reply. DO NOT BUY. SCAM COMPANY.

Ordered mine on october 1st. It was a preorder item so keep in mind it takes upto a month. It was slighlty delayed so we got ours on November 11th. It was worth the wait. The colors appear different due to lighting difference but I like the vintage one I got. It is vacuum friendly. Love the cushioning. My husband keeps on falling asleep on it when tired. My 1 year old loves rolling around on it. Had the biggest disaster today (poopie pamper leak) but I cleaned it with baby and Colorox wipes immediately and it is clean. The color didn’t get affected and there is no smell so I know it is clean. So if you are ordering keep in mind that it will take time to come but it is worth it. I am glad we got before the winters.

Love this mat it has really helped out small condo feel much bigger as it's opened up the floor as a seating option and I can see out new born daughter enjoying this mat as she eventually learn how to crawl. We have even taken a few naps already on the this mat.

The mat itself is nice. However after I got it, I received an additional bill in the mail for almost $50 for a customs clearance fee from the delivery company. I do not feel like this is something that I should have to pay for or it should be clearly explained in the price of the rug.

Exactly what I wanted for my baby to crawl on. It’s soft and cushiony and I won’t mind sitting on the floor to play :) I’m glad I got the bigger size. More room to play. Would recommend this product
