I love this playmat! It looks great and it's super comfortable to lay on while I play and hangout with my baby. The 5x7 size is perfect for my small living room. It unpacked really well too, it didn't have any weird creases or wrinkles, within a few minutes it was ready to go.

The carpet is absolutely super soft and comfy to walk on. My kids love it and play on the floor all day long. We got the grey abstract pattern, and honestly - it’s not really grey lol. It’s very very light grey, pretty much white. So we were not stoked about that because it’s too light for our colour scheme, and of course white with two small kids is never a good idea. Also it does stay put pretty well but if you’re putting furniture on it, the edges flip up a little and create a tripping hazard. I’ve tripped a few times on it and my 6 year old who runs when older people would walk, has tripped a few times. So that’s something we have to figure out how to fix. Overall, good carpet, but hopefully the light colour won’t diminish how long we can use it for in terms of staining.

We bought this rug for our baby (currently 5 months). They were starting to get more and more active and we wanted a safe space for them to play. I didn’t want to worry about them getting hurt while learning new skills. This rug has been amazing. The rug also looks beautiful, is easy to clean, and everyone who has seen it, is in love.

It’s not terrible. I just think they are pulling a little false advertisement with the pictures they show on the website. Its no thinker than an inch yet if you look on their website the pictures make it look at least 2” plus. So my two complaints are it’s really not much thicker than the day it came out the package and they have terrible customer service. Sent two emails now with no response. I just think they should be a little more honest with the pictures they show online.

Honestly this was one of my favourite purchases as my baby has started climbing and moving around. No more head bonks on the floor when he falls - the cushioning is excellent and has relieved so much stress as a parent. It also looks amazing and clean and more like a carpet than a kids play mat. I'm considering getting a second one for his room as he gets older. Highly recommend!

Love this foam carpet as a play mat for my baby! The large size covers our whole play area (hard to find!), and it’s super soft — comfy for both baby and parents. Crumbs show easily, but that just makes it clear when to vacuum. Only a few weeks in, but so far, so good!

Bought the mat for our 3 month old baby. It is the perfect thickness and it's very soft and plush, she is very comfy on her play gym which rests on the mat and we are also comfy on the floor playing with her. The boxed edges don't seem to be a trip hazard for an adult, but it may pose an issue for a toddler. The finish and beige colour is nice, also doubles as an aesthetically pleasing area rug, we didn't want our family room to look like a kids room.
I had to deduct a star for two issues though. First, there is no mention that the mat will have a very strong chemical odor once opened. Customer service assured me it was normal and non toxic and it would go away in a couple days but I would say it took over a week with windows open and a purifier. Not ideal for an infant and living in a small condo.
Second, the underside grip is not great. Our newer condo has typical vinyl plank flooring and while the mat isn't sliding all over the place it can be easily slid with one foot. We find we have to readjust it throughout the day.

We have twins with some significant disabilities including severe epilepsy so we got these in hopes that when they fall, they fall on something soft, and they are soft! To our surprise one of our twins wont leave this thing alone. He even gets up in the middle of the night and goes and sleeps on it.
My only hesitation to buy more is how to wash it (which i haven’t looked into on the website yet) for spills and urine. Once I figure that out we will likely get a bigger one!
Overall, especially for the price, i would highly recommend for families like ours. So glad we took a chance and tried this!!

Horrible experience buying this mat then when it finally got here it was a disappointment. It took 12 weeks to ship and then the shipping took another 3 weeks. The pictures are very deceptive, it looks SUPER plush in the marketing but isn’t at all. I got a better one for the same size on amazon. Do not buy from this company!! The money back guarantee is a joke and scam because the return shipping will cost you more than the mat and they expect you to package it in original box, which is near impossible. Gravid, you are AWFUL.

To say I am underwhelmed is an understatement.
I initially purchased the Gravid mat when my baby was two months old with the intention of using it for tummy time.
I waited for 3 months to receive it.
(After BEGGING for my order to be cancelled)
I got another mat off Amazon, obviously, because I needed one for my developing baby. (Since Gravid would not cancel or refund my order, remember? For WEEKS. My child went from potato to rolling. That’s how long it took.)
The one off Amazon is SIGNIFICANTLY better quality, and it’s the same price. The Gravid mat is thinner, and the pattern looks incredibly cheap.
Look elsewhere, truly.

I am delighted with this purchase. The product is exceptionally soft and provides a perfect cushion for my son to play on. To make it even more effective at sound absorption, consider placing puzzle tiles underneath. In terms of value, I believe it is a great product for the price. I would consider purchasing another one for other rooms. Furthermore, the complimentary slippers were a thoughtful gesture, and they are very comfortable. Also noted you dont trip on the sides. I've seen some comments worried about that.

The delivery took a while, but the communication from the company was great, and they were proactive about explaining the delay and compensation. I bought the multicoloured rug with the tapered edges. It’s nice and cushiony, but the design doesn’t look good. It looks like it was screen printed on and looks blurry. There is a lot of white, and in the picture it looks grey, so it will be dirty in no time. I don’t understand why it’s as expensive as it is. It also took a long time to ship.

My 3 star rating is because the customer service and support are abysmal and shipping time was long. I filled in my details upon entering the site so that I could receive the advertised 20% discount. I did not see any evidence of discounted prices, and assumed that I would be given a coupon code or that the discount would be applied at check out. I put the item in my cart and added in shipping and payment details then realized that no 20% discount had been added, and I had not been given a code. I accidentally hit purchase while trying to find how to apply the discount. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel my order or at least have the discount applied. They said they I could not cancel the order and that the discount had been applied to all prices on the website. I emailed them back to express my dissatisfaction with how this had been handled and then there was zero communication for weeks. I finally emailed them to ask if they had simply stolen my money, and a few days later my cloudmat shipped. It is a comfy place to play with my infant and a much nicer addition to our livingroom decor than those padded puzzle piece mats would be. As far as the actual product goes, I'd give it 5 stars. But the customer service gets 0 stars. That is why I have given this experience 3 stars.
